Our centres offer a comprehensive range of exercise classes, suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. Weekly exercise classes can be a great way to fit fitness and socialising into your week. So what are you waiting for, get a friend to come along, and you can help each other to stay motivated! We highly recommend that you pre-book your class to guarantee your place.

Notice of Cancellation for Classes & Court Bookings

Please note: If you book a sports court or a group training class that is taking place after 4pm on a given day, and you fail to notify us of cancellation by 12noon that day, or do not show up for the booking, you will be charged the full attendance fee.

It is vital that you notify us of your cancellation, within the period stated above, otherwise you will be charged. Your membership access will be restricted until payment has been made.

Tips for getting more out of your class...

  • Make sure you bring a drink with you to the classes.
  • Try not to exercise on a full stomach but make sure you have eaten enough during the day.
  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the exercise class.
  • Bring a friend to the classes with you to help keep you motivated.
  • Try to do 3 classes a week and vary them to get a good all round workout.
  • Have fun and just enjoy yourself! 

Changing and shower facilties are available to use at all our centres.

We recommend that you use lockers for your belongings. Lockers take a £1 coin (returnable).

Class Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked exercise class you need to contact the relevant centre, giving 24 hours notice, to avoid being charged full payment for the class.
