We offer facilities to help you improve your fitness levels at our gyms, as well as a broad range of exercise classes for all abilities, at our studios across Reading. In addition, we run a number of sports courses, classes and sessions for both adults and children, so there really is something for everyone. If you are keen on racket sports then why not book a squash, badminton or tennis court for you and your friends to meet up for a fun and healthy match. If football is more your thing then our 5-a-side courts are available to book throughout the week. Or finally, why not get on your bike and join in one of our many cycling sessions offered at Palmer Park velodrome, there's something for everyone!

Under 16's can swim for free during Reading school holidays with a valid YRP as follows:
Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.55pm
