50+ Workout

A class specifically aimed at the over 50's. Come along and make some new friends while you get fit!

Body Balance (LesMills)

This class combines the principles and practices of yoga, pilates and feldenkrais techniques to bring your body, mind and soul into a state of harmony.

Body Pump (LesMills) 16+ years

This non-contact workout uses weights to help improve muscular strength and endurance to tone up and sculpt your body.

Boot Camp 16+ years

Gym based class combing floor exercises and gym equipment.

Circuit & Abs

Whole body workout with focus on abs.

Kettle Bell Training (Advanced Class) 16+ years

Improve strength, balance, agility & cardio endurance.

Kettlercise/Kettlefit 16+ Years

Kettlercise is a brand new fast paced, dynamic class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group environment. Using light weights in a non stop routine, Kettlercise is great for full body conditioning.

Legs, bums & Tums

Targets your lower body and also helps with your fitness levels.

Mind & Body

This class uses a mixture of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga for a total body workout and relaxation techniques.

Pilates

Pilates trains your body to be strong and flexible. It does this through a series of movements and positions, which will raise your awareness of your body's strength. Deep breating and relaxation enhance this awareness.

Power Pump/Power Training

Work your body with this class - tone up fast!

Tai Chi

A Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation, balance and health.

Water Mobility

A non-aerobic class in the pool for those whith back problems, recovering from injury or those who are less mobile.

Yoga

Yin - Moderate (slow & controlled), Hatha - Moderate (Core strength & flexibility), Vinyasa - Advanced (Postures & breathing techniques).

Yogalates

The flexibility enhancing benefits of yoga combined with the toning of pilates. Suitable for all levels.
