A time for everyone to enjoy fun in the pool. Selected sessions will also include a section of the pool specifically for lane swimming. So why not combine splashing fun in the pool with a healthy lane swim workout.

Gentle Swim

This session is exclusively for adults who wish to swim at a leisurely pace. Swimming is a perfect way to keep flexible and active.

Plan these sessions into your week and ensure you meet up with your friends for some regular exercise.

Women's Swim

Women's Swim

This session is exclusively for women. Take time out and enjoy a refreshing swim and catch up with friends.

Please note: Male lifeguards may be present.

Adult Swim

Adult Swim

All the fun in the pool without the children. Regular sessions will help you to develop your general fitness levels and improve flexibiliy.

Adult Lanes

Adult Lanes

This session is ideal if you want to swim uninterrupted lengths. Lanes are allocated into fast, medium and slow to accommodate all abilities. After only a few weeks you will soon feel the benefits. Adult lane swim sessions are not suitable for weak or non swimmers.
